My experience with these guys could not have been any better.

It all started with Joanne on the phone when I was trying to book a tour last minute on a busy sunny weekend. She was super kind and helpful and showed off her magical skills when she managed to squeeze me onto a seemingly full tour. It was at that point that I suspected Sip Happens was the right choice, but it was the morning of the tour, when I met Nick, that I was sure of it.

Nick is the kindest soul and a bottomless well of interesting facts and knowledge. He knows at least as much about the wines and wineries as the people working in there, if not more. He went above and beyond to make our experience special, taking pictures, answering questions and being a fantastic guide overall. He even let me sit in the copilot seat and drove more cautiously in an effort to help me manage my car sickness, frequently checking on me and making sure that I (and everyone else) was enjoying our tour. And we were! The select wineries were all great choices, wines were tasty and views from the locations were stunning. Well worth it.

Last year, my girlfriend and I went on the West Kelowna Wine Tour with Gerry. we had a fantastic experience! They had lined up a wide array of wineries for us including an indigenous winery, and an all natural winery. I was interesting to see a wide level of diversity in wineries that they chose. At each stop we learned a bit more about wine, and the history of each winery. All of the winery employees/owners that talked to us were extremely knowledgeable and passionate. I had a 20 minute conversation about the smoky flavor in wines with one of the winery owners which was a truly fantastic learning experience. Tasting all of these fantastic wines was a great way to start off my wine palette. Gerry was a FANTASTIC operator. he kept track of all of our bottles, and brought us water any time we needed. He was also extremely knowledgeable about wine and intricacies in each of the flavors. He was an excellent teacher and joked around with us a lot. He is also a great photographer and when we asked him to take some pictures of us with our phones he always took beautiful shots. We had such a great time on our full day wine tour for my bachelorette. The vineyards we visited were lovely. But most importantly, we felt very safe on our travels with our guide, Georg.

From the moment we were picked up, Georg made us feel completely at ease—he was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a memorable experience. He kept us on schedule without making us feel rushed and was always happy to snap photos for us or share interesting facts about the area and the wines.

Each stop on the tour had its own charm, with beautiful views, delicious tastings, and welcoming staff. It was clear the itinerary was thoughtfully curated. The whole day felt effortless on our end, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the celebration.
