We showed up on a day that Below the Salt Distillery was closed. Greg, the owner just happened to be there, greeted us with a smile and asked if he could help us. We got out of the car and ordered a sampling of all of his spirits. Let me tell you, they didn’t disappoint. Each was very unique. We tasted until we each found our favorite.
