The cashiers here are so great. Always help me bag my groceries. Patient, kind, ask me how my day is, and always so sweet to my daughter. A few times, I felt like I was being followed around, and it was extremely obvious... no one needs to straighten up every random aisle (that was already tidy) that I happen to be in at the same time. I'm not bothered by being followed around because I have nothing to hide but make it less obvious, at least! Other customers will probably yell at you. The prices are insane compared to the no frills down the road, but sometimes you just want to shop at a place that is never crowded and have your cash experience delightful. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give less than a star, I would. We were in the store last night and encountered a very erratic and ilmannered cashier. We wanted to return something, because the products were placed in the wrong bay and subsequently was not the price that was stated there. She refused to serve my husband and I at first and was very loud and verbally rude in front of other customers. After being told by a customer to serve us, she preceeded to grab the product from my hand and basically threw the money and receipt in my hand and walked away. Inadequate staffing on a holiday weekend. Had an issue at the self service cash desk and there were literally no staff members around. I had to look around the entire store and eventually found someone in the frozen aisle, who helpfully(!) told me that someone from a cash desk would help when their queue was done. Which it obviously never would…given how busy it was. Eventually the owner wandered over and helped another group immediately, even though we had been looking for help for 5 minutes.
