The most incredible wedding venue EVER!

We had our wedding at the start of September this year and we were absolutely blown away by how incredible everything was!

From our very first visit to the moment we said goodbye after our wedding weekend, everything was absolutely flawless. Pierre and Taylor went above and beyond to make our day feel magical and they were ready to help with anything the entire weekend!

The resort itself is breathtaking, our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful it was! It is surrounded by Golden lake so everywhere you turned you had a view from the lake ( I think almost every cabin does too)

It was so perfect being able to have almost half of our guest stay on the property over the weekend. We had more opportunities to be able to spend time with everyone and a few cozy campfires!

The ceremony area we chose is right on the water and has an amazing back drop! The reception was absolutely stunning and also had incredible views for dinner!

Taylor and Pierre were amazing the entire weekend! They responded to any messages we sent them very quickly and were ready with suggestions / help when we needed it ! Pierre even showed up in a go cart to help get the groom's grandfather from the ceremony area to the reception area. They are truly the team you want helping you out on your wedding day!

My cousins and I booked the entire location, all cottages and cabins, for a re-union of our extended family in mid-May, 2019. We had made the booking well in advance with the former owners in 2018. When the property changed hands over the winter we were a bit concerned but our concern was unfounded. Chad and Sarah, the new owners honoured the rental price agreed upon with the previous owners and went out of their way to please us and ensure that our family re-union was a great success. There were high water levels on almost all water bodies in Eastern Ontario that spring and Chad and Sarah gave us the option of cancelling or postponing if we wished. We decided to go ahead with our plans. Chad and Sarah helped us to deal with the few minor inconveniences that were caused by the high water levels. Also, the previous owners were continually surprising us by announcing new charges for various minor items, whereas we were not faced with any of this nonsense in dealing with the current owners. I cannot say enough positive about this resort and it's owners. We will likely plan another reunion there again in the future. Thanks again...

Our first time at the resort and we really enjoyed our stay! We like Golden Lake and needed somewhere pet-friendly, so Lakekepoint was an ideal choice. The cottage we stayed in was updated and immaculate inside, and had a nice rustic screened in deck that we spent a lot of time enjoying. Kitchen had all the basics and some convenient extras making meals easy. Important because most stores and restaurants in the vicinity appear to close at 7 pm, so if you want takeout just plan ahead for an earlier meal. Very nice bonus - Disney+ included in our cottage, which was really appreciated on a couple rainy evenings.||||We are picky swimmers so preferred to visit either of the shared beaches for swimming, but our water access steps from our back door would have been fantastic if we had our own canoe or kayak. Instead we borrowed the gear available free onsite. We also had fun at the outdoor games pavillion, just a short stroll away. ||||This was an ideal laid back vacation for our small family. Would be a great option for a multi-family getaway as well, allowing everyone to have their privacy but close enough for easy visiting. We look forward...
