Horrible experience. The tailor is horrible at time management. They write things down for fun, never really reading or understanding the time you need your clothes in. I had my measurements done and the lady Harpreet said they would add 'pleats/plates' to the suit, they would stitch the dupatta and they would make a small headpiece for my daughter's suit. Also - my daughter is 3 months old and I told her. My daughter was there and she said she would make it by 'andaza' and I figured she knew. Not only do they not have my suit ready, they tell me to come 'Monday' - three days after my event. They then call me two days before pick up to say there isn't enough fabric and they have to add some into the pants. They are then to call me when it's ready - they don't. I call them. I get there, stitching is mediocre. No pleats/plates, no stitching on dupatta. Suit isn't even ironed - is this normal practice? I told them because I didn't have the pleats/plates, stitching on the dupatta, I shouldn't be paying for it. THEY CAN'T SHOW ME A BREAKDOWN OF THE COST and instead she says, 'pleats/plates are included'. I asked about the dupatta 'Mein hun karlu ghi' (I'll do it now). So if it's not ready why did you say it was? The best part - I get into the car and there is no dupatta for my daughters suit. I get home - the suit for my daughter is too big. My sister goes the next day to pick up her suit, tells them I'm not happy, they send some cheap fabric for my daughters headpiece. What the heck am I supposed to do with that? Tie it on her head? $250 - bakwass customer service and bakwass tailoring. WOULD...

Could give -5 if that was permitted. I went there with my friend because she needed to buy a piece of cloth and this shop was close by. There was this old guy seems to be owner of the store or something. He kept starring at her in a creepy way most of the time while she was exploring the store. When finally she found what she needed, she asked that old guy if he could cut that cloth. He replied in a very rude tone “Talk to them” pointing fingers at his staff. He went to the counter while still starring at her making her comfortable all that time. Anyhow, she ignored and while it was time to checkout, he grabbed her credit card from her hand without asking her and tapped it himself while giving a creepy stare at her. And also she told me that the cloth was expensive as compared to other store. I dont know what his problem was but it was definitely wasnt comfortable visitfor her. It...

I recently visited Flying Fashion in Brampton and had an excellent experience. The store offers very reasonable prices for a great selection of fashion items. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff is incredibly humble and welcoming. A special shoutout to Aman Bai – he has such a kind, respectful demeanor and really makes the shopping experience enjoyable.
