Staff do not care about customer service and professionalism. I have been coming here for more than 7 years and ever since pandemic started things have just gotten worse. Staff already weren't putting any effort into customer service but things have gotten even worse. The best display of this is the UPS packages. I have never seen any staff member take any effort to organize it, even if it starts blocking the entry/exit and even when the packages fall to the floor (even when there is no line at the counter and max 2 people in the store.) Staff have zero respect for the covid mask policies and the regulars know that and so they also don't ever wear masks. Even when elderly customers walk-in. I get that the mask is irritating for staff to wear all day, but at least have some respect for the safety of others or even just some plain courtesy and make some effort towards being professional.
