The lady who was running the show was very nice I thought first problem 20 bucks for 4 dozen minnows most of these were so small that the hook would brake them in two pin head minnows we asked for more were told they were out and we would not get any more and I asked the same guy if he could put snow on one side of the hut he said sure I will import it in then another gentleman came 5 minutes it it was done we asked him for more minnows we showed him what we had he said sorry I will get you a free bucket never came back I called the woman who I talked to before and said we were leaving we had no bait she said let me call you back the same rude guy came back and said what's your problem now then gave us 3 minnows called her back she told me her husband was on his way to give us more I told her to not send that rude guy back she asked why I told her she said she gets good reviews on him and when I told her about the wind made the skirt bang all night and needed snow up against the hut she said welcome to ice fishing the door to the toilet would not close wind would blow it open I will...

The woman doing the booking and check ins was nice until she got the money. After, she was a nightmare. Unaccommodating and unorganized. The company charged us 20 bucks for each scoop of three dozen minnows after already paying 230$/person for a 2night stay. They caused us problems for trying to shuttle our group onto the ice at three different time, as work had us on different schedules, and tried to have us leave at 7:30am the morning of check out (check out was at noon). The outhouse was a toilet seat over a garbage bag, so there was yellow snow everywhere as plenty of people were urinating in the snow. Fishing was sub par, 12 fish between 7 of us split between two huts over the three days. Could’ve had a better fishing experience fishing out of a puddle in my backyard. We were here for 3 days and caught only 4 walleye (none of them were big enough to keep) They’re respect for us as customers was completely lacked and non existent. They promised 2 minnow runs a day and we only received 3 in 3 days, also the minnows we recieved were too small to even fish with. The minnow runner drove around on his quad and truck so drunk it had people on the lake worried.
