Beautiful and relatively quiet area. Perfect for camping. You can either take a boat of your own or charter Bill to take you across the lake. From there it is anywhere from 100m to 500m trek depending on where you choose to camp. Water is clean with many places to swim including the falls themselves. Fishing is also excellent as well. Will be going back.

Just spectacular, ran into a few snakes and a bear, and got bit by sth that left a markfor a week,after all that , still 100% worth it. Make sure you are ready to paddle against a current if you are gonna kayak or canoe. Cottages apparently only operate till November.

Beautiful scenic falls. Camped beside them for 3 nights. Great fishing, great hiking, great kayaking/canoeing. A nice place for a quick portage and a chance to get away from the city.

The moon river is a beautiful set of falls that is a perfect place for an afternoon picnic and lounge on the rocks in the sun.

Just note that the amount of water flowing over the falls is dependent on recent rainfalls so the spring is the best time to experience it at high water. It does tend to dry to a trickle in the...

Great adventure paddling at the Moon river until you reach the falls. This is really good invested money and it's such a scenic view from there. Normally not too crowded. Would recommend everyone to go there, even if you are not the most sporty guy and normally don't paddle on rivers - me neither and it...
