We were not allowed to do the last zip-line- Dragonfly, super rude team and not punctual to start the trek.

We all arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled time 11:30am , also filled the waivers before the arrival. By the time we left the office location it was approximately 11:35, then they took us to the base camp for instructions , while all the instructions were done it was approximately 11:50. Then we all to get trained for trek, so while our turns came it was around 12:25pm, I’ve photos to prove this.

The group was bigger around 20 people, most of them were children. everyone had to start with level 1 and so on. 12:35pm was our first trek to level 1. And we had obstacles ahead due to slowness ahead. ( we understand the first times, nothing wrong with this. Just writing this to understand the scenario)

When we reached the last zip-line thats Dragonfly, we were 5-10mins left, thats 2:20pm,

The lead instructor/ guide was super rude. She started talking about rules and timelines, we told that it was their responsibility to start on time. Our group has already started late due to their mistakes. She didn’t have courtesy to give us the rides for zip-line.

There were no other groups or people waiting to do that, apparently the new batch also didn’t arrive to base camp at this timeframe. Zip-lines were all empty and we could have finished them in 10mins max.

Very poor experience and will not recommend to go here, unless they change the attitude towards people coming for trek there. It was a very bad experience for everyone.

All rides were good, enjoyable but at last we did not get what we paid for.

If anyone in management is reading this, please do provide a better service and train your employees on time management.

You want to keep the schedule then start respecting...

Had a blast! Would give it 4.5 stars. Went during the week in the early afternoon. There was a group on a company teambuilding event. Easy check in but disappointed there were no gloves available (I emailed someone earlier and they said there would be gloves available to purchase). We were suited up in a harness and helmet ahead of the group so that was nice. A bit of waiting around while everyone else suited up. Staff was super helpful. The trek is about 10 minutes to base camp (uphill in parts) and the harness is heavy and hard to walk in. The main building has a washroom so go before you trek out as there is no washroom at base camp and it's a hike to get back (Hint to the ladies: You can always use the woods apart from the crowd if needed!) Bring a backpack with water and snacks. There is an orientation session to get everyone warmed up. The guides were all super helpful. The actual trekking part was more physically demanding than we expected but it was fun. The wires can be wobbly! We didn't complete the courses (6 in total) and they vary in complexity. Many others completed everything so kudos to them! Would have loved to see more zip lining options in the first 3 courses. There was a small zip in the first course but then you had to get to the more advanced courses to do more. Overall, a great experience and nice to be adventurous...

Booked this adventure for two teenagers, 14 and 16. Firstly, pack some good closed toe shoes. Even if you are not doing the activity, you will have trek about 10 mins to the location. Secondly, pack bug repellent. The mosquitoes will eat you alive. Parents have to stay on site and you can follow the participants through the course. The girls enjoyed the obstacle courses very much. Takes a lot of control and after 1 and a half hours, they were exhausted but happy. Cost is very reasonable. Lots of older adults were enjoying the fun but I would say, know your limitations. This is not an activity for anyone who has a fear of heights or does not feel they can pull themselves up using a pulley or tackle a tight rope. There are guides around the courses to help you, and rescue you, if you are in trouble. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. I would recommend this activity. Great day out. I cannot stress enough about...

Overall enjoyable! Whole experience was about 3.5hrs. Bring bug repellent and water. Our day: Drove up to check in, harnessed up and then walked uphill 8-10mins to actual activity site (no washrooms). Split into cohort of 10people and given a 10min intro of equipment and practice walk, zip line and trust fall. Upon completion (35 mins after check in), we started the beginner course. Each course is a series of obstacles taking 20-30mins, including one with a long zip line! The time also really depends on the people in front of you. The most delays were caused by people trying to thread their safety carabiners through the obstacles. There is no "escape" ladders midway so you must complete the whole course. Mostly fun, but if it's busy...get ready to wait mid course for people to go through. Still was fun! Staff were pleasant and well trained.

Went with my husband (so 2 adults in their 30's) and had a really fun afternoon. It started off really mild and we were a little bit worried about being bored (we've done a fair amount of zip lining) but we ended up having a blast racing through the beginner and medium courses, we did the moose (expert level) once and it was so hard and then we did the expert zipline only vise a few times in a row until our time was up. Not the most covid friendly place in the world, masks were required while on the ground by not overly enforced, sanitizer spray was available at each course but no one told us to use it while we were there (we did). Overall, I was (mostly) comfortable with the spacing and being outdoors
