I love going to the Eagle Lake Store when I’m out that way with others if it’s open and there’s time to go into the store.people are very friendly there and if you are there enough times then they start to remember that you have been in there before and what you sometimes like to have. I missing out in going there for a few weeks and the lady who was in there still remembered me. She is usually pretty good about letting me know if something that I like is in the store or not. I just don’t like that there is beer in the store as I don’t drink beer and I have a friend who has been trying his hardest too not drink and I am sure that it’s not easy for him to go into the store and see that stuff in the back. Disappointed that their gas pumps weren’t working. Had out of order sign posted on them. I’m assuming they ran out of gas. Or maybe a pump problem?!? Folks were filling up the other day. So I’m assuming it’s temporary. Gas is few and far between in this area.
Could benefit from having more fishing gear. Didn’t even have bare essentials, I.e. weights, hooks on leaders. They do sell worms.

Take notice of the freezer sections around the perimeter of the back of the store and you will find meat pies and soups.
