I had a great time working with Aaron. I was all over the place when he met me. My search range was far and wide with no focus (maybe some focus - good French immersion school). He was very patient going through the different zones of Edmonton and St. Albert and got me to focus on needs of the house and my budget then to the wants. Our focused search had me looking at 7 houses in my budget rather than one house here and there. I found the perfect house (meeting both needs and wants) through his guidance and he was there every step of the way. Buying a house is so nerve wrecking, especially if you are a self-diagnosed high anxiety person, but Aaron was calm every step of the way. He has TONS of great resources which really helped.
