My experience with Callum and this company is beyond exceptional. He came out to help me out with his partner last year after no one could get my hot tub figured out. I was without it for about 6 months, we all know that's a long time if you are a hot tub owner. Anyway, they came out in absolutely FREEZING weather and stayed until they figured out out and fixed it. Fast forward to now....well now my issue was it was tripping and the power wouldn't stay on. I messaged Callum and he said he'd talk me through trying to figure it out. He called me and damnnnn, he knows his stuff. The first thing he got me to try was in fact the problem.... my heater was gone. Soooo, he was like "let's try to save you some money", and said I could come in to buy the part and then he'd take me through step by step on the phone to fix it. He said that would save me on his call charge and hourly fee. I try a lot of things but I wasn't convenient in my abilities with this so as much as I appreciated him trying to save me money he fit me in to come out. Read moreOrdered a refurbished hot tub. Made deposit which was for the equipment required to refurbish the hot tub. A few months later after hearing nothing stopped in to see how everything was going. Told it was being worked on at the warehouse by techs. After numerous calls a few months later I went in again. This time he did say the hot tub was not going to be done but offered a new one for the same price. Said it was busy so he was not able to get back to me when i was trying to contact him. Product was delivered. I was concerned I was going to not get anything. So I was very happy something was delivered after almost 5 months. A year and a half later. A fitting let go and needed to be replaced as it was corroded by the chemicals. Called numerous times, emailed, left messages no reply. Made numerous trips to the office and no one was there over a span of two weeks. Ended up paying for someone to come fix my under warranty hot tub because of the lack of any type of service from KC Hot Tubs. Don't spend your hard earned money with this company. He is careful not to overwhelm, while providing full responses appropriate for our level of understanding. Delivery time can be a bit lengthy, due to the distributor, shipping and customs, but our Wellis Malaga was well worth the wait!
