Land’s End — Local services in Gaspé

This is the destination for many.

It holds a checkpoint that is part of the international Appalachian Trail for our fellow hikers.

The lighthouse can be reached by bike or hike. I found the bike ride quite hilly and not easy. The hike is accessible and easy.

There is a small bathroom area.

There is also larger building with historical plaques about lighthouse keepers.

The lighthouse is the highest in Canada from sea level, placed on beautiful steep and rocky shores.

I wouldn't say this is my favorite place to visit when in Forilion but it's worth the visit if it's your first time visiting. You can either hike up directly via the dirt path or take the lower path that goes closer to the water.
