Imagine Cinemas Keswick — Local services in Georgina

Our group of five (my family along with my sister and brother-in-law) from Toronto and Aurora were visiting my parents, who recently moved to Keswick. We decided to look for a local cinema to spend Christmas night watching Sonic 3 (9:30 pm on Wednesday nigh, Dec 25th) with our 6-year-old. Imagine Cinema Keswick turned out to be a fantastic choice!

The experience started with easy online ticket ordering. However, my dad decided not to join us at the last minute. When we mentioned this to the lady at the counter, she immediately offered a refund—something we neither expected nor asked for. Her kindness and attentiveness truly set the tone for the evening.

We then ordered some popcorn and a kid’s combo. She was incredibly helpful, explaining the options when we asked for substitutions and quickly accommodating our request. Her cheerful demeanor and excellent service made us feel so welcome.

Once inside the theater, we decided to see if we could change rows. My sister approached the same young lady at the front desk, and without hesitation, she told us to pick the row we preferred. She even reassured us that she would ensure tickets for that row wouldn’t be sold to others. Her willingness to go above and beyond was truly remarkable.

The cinema itself was cozy, with comfortable seats and a wonderful vibe. It felt like a hidden gem, offering a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere compared to larger theaters. To top it off, their prices are significantly lower than what we’re used to in the city.

The highlight of the entire experience, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by the young lady at the front desk. She made us feel valued and cared for at every step of our visit. Imagine Cinema Keswick has won us over, and we’ve decided that this will be our go-to spot for watching movies in the future.

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Hilary at Imagine Cinema tonight… she made our night so much better… we arrived to the theatre not knowing there was something wrong with their website and it showed it was playing a movie my son and I wanted to see…. We got there excited to see this movie…. (They stopped playing it the night before) 😞….as we were about to leave she called us over and said if u can wait 10 mins there’s a movie that’s about to end and I will play the movie ur son an yourself wanted to see!!! I like imagine cinema usually but this location needs upgrades..

Not all theater's have converted to the luxury recliner here. Watch out for 'regular' seats when buying tickets. It feels like they just slapped chairs & screens up quickly in an industrial building. No carpet.. no mini lights on aisles in / out .. I almost tripped.

The Washroom is far & unkempt
