Love it there has potential to be a five star joint, however they gave me verbal life ban, and paperwork that says a year all because of my right of freedom of speech. Would love to run it for everyone make it fun again. Just so everyone knows who I am, I'm the guy who got a one cent hand pay from the attendant on a .25 cent machine where the casino paid me a dime! For those who are good with numbers that is a 0.09 cent return. Because of decimals being held on the lifetime of a machine, same guy that got other one cent hand pays from other slots where I was paid a nickle, without even having to spin the reels, so in short I'm the guy that can make everyone get a piece of the pie. Moves like this could end poverty and world hunger if applied right. The idea of having the slot machine I like to play end up in where ever my room will be, linked to a card with a number I can't read allows me enough play till my arm falls off, to be able to play for the people, and when I'm allowed back into the casino having my own elite card made up for me is the dream. Most of the staff is very friendly and polite and approachable willing to help. They're the few bad apples however that made choices to to ban me, no hard feelings they were just doing their jobs I get it. If I were running the house though rule number one would be never ban the boss ever. Can't wait till I'm allowed back to see how many people I can try to help with the info I have. Being able to use strategy against slots seemed impossible because we all have been told they are completely random for so long, know this I'm the only random thing in any casino.

Did anyone else hear the casino got struck by lighting, and it crashed the systems till the generators kicked in......

Anyone every been banned for showing what's going on when a slot is about to go into service mode? Or how about a life ban because they said you were trespassing but really you were giving people the tip of their life about the house. By going to a true 1 cent machine bet one spin one, sure it will cost you a cent to do so,(say $20 bet it down to 19.99 then collect that and use that to load your money) however it will make you eligible for the jackpots because you are moving the proper decimal 👀👀👀 now folks be sure to take that 1 cent ticket home with ya it's good for ninety (90) days bring it back the next time you come and protect your money with it. when you load a slot. Hey ever seen the look on a slot attendants face when they are locked  out of the slot, and have to open the slot to reset it manually it's precious😏 hahaha

My wife and I were at the casino tonight from approximately 8 pm until 10 pm. We did have a good night there but man I will be really happy once all the renovations are done. First of all my wife would like to know why there is no tip jar at the coat check. Your employees work there arses off and we figure there should be a way to show appreciation for what they do. Your floor staff,drink employees,a and.waitresses get tips so why not the coat employees. On a much more serious matter to tonight when i was playing at what i call downstairs there was a confrontation between two of your patrons and one of your employees (Adam is his name). He is a very friendly employee I think. He was taking more verbal abuse from the two patrons then ANY human being should have to take especially when your employee was not being rude to these two patrons. Let me just sat that if someone spoke to me the way ADAM was spoken to (the use of vulgarity that was used against him was discusting and no human being should have to tollerate being spoke to that way) I think I would have went after them and just hope my boss would understand. In closing i think if you give out awards,bonuses or just a thankyou you should definitely give some recognition to an employee named ADAM

So sorry but I have one more thing to mention. There should be plastered everywhere in the men's washroom that "It does not cause any problems if you wash your hands after using the facilities in this washroom" it is just crazy how many people do not wash up after using the facilities. Maybe let them know that all they are doing is spreading germs everytime they touch the machines seats and any door handles. It is sad that this has to even come up but some people are just disgusting and it dosent even fizz on them.

TLDR: Don’t come here if you are young, black, or a woman. Place was dead quiet, no music playing. It was just old people there quietly gambling like it was a library.

Went here to celebrate my sister’s 30th birthday with her friends. Two girls got kicked out without any warning whatsoever. They were just being girls enjoying the night, laughing, talking, selfies, etc; not bothering anyone and without warning got told they were being kicked out. One felt they were being racially targeted, which I’m inclined to believe because the casino was dead quiet (no music) and filled with OLD white people. Since we weren’t going to stay without our friend we all left and called an uber out front - while waiting for the uber outside they randomly called the cops on us/her (which also felt racially charged)

because 1) we have no control over when uber decides to pick us up and 2) you could have just asked one of us (or your security guards) if safety was a concern. But they didn’t. They handled the whole situation extremely poorly in my opinion.

Even the security guards that had to babysit us until we got a ride said it was wasn’t necessary.

My guess is one of their white whales complained about her and the casino obliged. This was a crazy experience for me and our group. I’ve never had this happen before at any other casinos. Won’t be coming back...
