Last night friends and I attended a Gin blending class at First Light, from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The ambiance was warm, charming and inviting, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern hints. It is an absolutely beautiful venue. The class started with a tour of the distillery that was both informative and fascinating. The venue and distillery itself was very clean and well maintained. Learning about the craft of distillation and witnessing the passion and dedication of the staff made it that much more interesting. Of course, the highlight of the visit was the blending portion. They offered a wide variety of aromas to chose from and blend with, offering a desired blend for everyone's taste! The whole experience was warm and inviting, making it super beginner friendly.
