I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by some employees at the Canadian side of the Islands tollbooth. Specifically, the staffing seems to lack education on effective customer communication. It appears that the frustration evident in the attitude of employees stems from issues with EZ pass travelers. I acknowledge that EZ pass can be problematic, with inconsistencies in its transponder system. Nevertheless, this does not justify rudeness.
