I can’t say enough good about Avalon! From beginning to end my experience was a very positive one. My sale person, Ian, was unbelievably helpful, kind and informative. He was also very attentive to the needs I had in the vehicle I wanted and continually reassured me that my vehicle would arrive exactly as we discussed. (after having a very unpleasant experience with a similar dealership, he knew this was important for me). Ian kept me informed on any updates on my custom order’s production and my truck even arrived months earlier then we had anticipated which was a pleasant surprise! My brand new 2025 Marverick Lariat AWD Hybrid arrived exactly how I wanted it, and then some! I can’t explain how pleased I am with my upgrade from the 2022 Maverick. My delivery was very quick and smooth and my Finance Manager, Colin was also amazing to deal with and very helpful to all of my questions no matter how silly. Ian went through everything my new Maverick had to offer with me, introduced me to the manager and staff and reassured me that any questions or issues I had in the future, he would take care of. He is so quick to answer any texts I have on parts and upgrades. Thank you so much Avalon for making my latest Ford experience the very BEST!!— I will most definitely be back again and again!

Absolutely wonderful service. Our salesman Josh was nothing short of amazing. After spending countless days and weeks looking at new trucks and getting blindside with another dealership, Josh welcomed us when we showed up completely unannounced and overwhelmed. He was easy to talk too and completely transparent. This was our second time at Avalon ford and the experience was fantastic. We absolutely love our 2025 Tremor. We hope when our lease is up, Josh is still there to purchase our next vehicle!

Always been a Dodge guy but have moved over to Ford due to recent issues with my RAM. Dealt with Ian in sales and he was fantastic. Answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted and set me up in a new truck at a great price. Best of all...no pushy sales tactics. My wife was also shopping for a new vehicle and ended up purchasing a Bronco sport and is in love with it. So if your looking for a new wheels go see Ian and I'm sure he will set you up!

Decided to buy my new van in 2024 on the mainland. 4th bad visit is again second attempt for drive shaft replacement but again my 8am appointment is no appointment because Avalon Ford continously over books the bays meaning that I have to show up by 7 or drop it off the night before even though doing this on previous visit still failed to get the work started until late in the day no where near 8am and 1 hours work could not get finished in a single day. 3rd bad visit again booked an appointment for drive shaft replacement under recall only to get in and find out parts not there for permanent fix and the temporary fix needed to be approved so Avalon Ford wanted to take my vehicle off the road while Ford apparently decided to approve. This despite the fact that the appointment was booked a week in advance and they should have gotten this aporoval before I showed up. 2nd bad visit was the second replacement of the driveshaft under recall every 64,000km, Despite an 8am appointment the van did not get in the garage until late afternoon then could not be finished due to lack of time. No rentals available so this would put my commercial vehicle out of service but fortunately I was able to to drive it without some sort of restraining piece until they found time and rental a few weeks later. Again poor service due to over booking their garage making appointments useless. 1st bad visit. Disappointing, van overheated, towed in and work that did not need to be done was done first, forced into rental for 5 days! Instead of telling me they could not fix/schedule the fan issue (fuse blown, wow hard to figure out) they did scheduled maintenance first that I specifically told them was only to be done if time permitted. Never had my van for the July 1st weekend, couldn't get a similar van with trailer hitch in town, all plans cancelled. Total bill for 2 fuses $800 less $200 for the scheduled maintenance. $600 and lost long weekend to replace a couple of fuses. Then they called me wanting to do the brakes, again before they bothered to fix the fan which was why I was towed in. A month later the oil light came on showing it was not reset when they did their oil change. Fail to understand how they have bays and mechanics available to do work I did not need but no one to...

  • WARRANTY BUYERS BEWARE * Purchased a car care warranty (invoice #4049) for $1200.00 when I bought my 2011 FORD Escape back in 2011 when I bought the Escape new. The Rust Body Panel portion of the warranty was supposed to be for 10 years. November 2019 brought the SUV into Avalon Ford and at the time the Auto Body manager told me to bring it back in the spring so they could take some pictures of the rust. Monday April 13 brought he SUV into Avalon Ford to be looked at. Explained to the staff what I had been told to do back in the fall of 2019. Staff member couldn't understand why I was told to do that. Staff member explained to me that I am responsible to come to Avalon Ford within 15 days of the discovery of the rust. If the rust is older than 15 days then it is not covered by the Car Care Warranty. When i brought the Escape there in the Fall of 2019 there was no mention of this. So obviously when i returned 5 months later of course the rust is older than 15 days now !!! I was told to bring the Escape back in the spring so they could take some pictures. Why was I told to do this? I found out the pictures if they had been taken would have been sent to FORD Canada and they would possibly do the repairs. Staff member told me that they would look into the situation with the Auto body manager. On Wednesday 15 April i was contacted by Avalon FORD and informed that the Auto body manager could not remember the conversation that we had had in November 2019. I was informed by the staff member that the rust was older than 15 days and that Avalon FORD will not honor the warranty. I can only imagine how much revenue has been generated by the selling of these Care Care Warranties that have been sold over the years by Avalon Ford. I was told by the manager at Avalon Ford to bring the Escape back to them in the spring - I followed all their instructions - you trust the people that you bring your vehicle to treat you with respect and this is what happens. How many more people out there have been treated this way - this warranty is definitely a way for Avalon Ford to generate revenue and have to provide no service - complete and...

Very unhappy with the overall process of purchasing our car from Avalon Ford. We purchased a certified Ford Edge from Avalon Ford a few weeks ago, but on the way driving it home, we noticed various issues with the vehicle: 1) The front interior lights did not work; 2) Panoramic sunroof did not work; 3) Brake light did not work; and 4) Licence plate missed two pins. So, the day after, we took the vehicle back to Avalon Ford to get that looked after and the service adviser told us that it would take a day to get the parts in and a day to have the issues fixed, but it actually took them a week. I basically called Avalon Ford everyday and they kept telling me that our car would be ready for pick up by the end of the day. We could finally get our vehicle back after a week, assuming that everything was fixed on this supposedly certified vehicle. On the way driving it back home, I just checked the sunroof to make sure it works fine, but surprisingly it did not get closed! They apparently didn't even test it once after the repair just to make sure it works properly. So, we had to return the vehicle back to Avalon Ford the same day because we didn't have a garage to have it stored overnight given that the sunroof was open. Finally, they had it fixed by the end of the next day, end of story.

I spent several hours to do the insurance arrangements on the phone, as well as to drive the vehicle back and forth to Avalon Ford. When purchasing this vehicle, the agent at Avalon Ford told us that there is no issues with the car whatsoever, but on the way back driving it home we figured out various problems. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with our overall experience from the day we received this Avalon Ford certified vehicle. The vehicle was sold with a Certified Vehicle tag. This means that everything was supposed to be checked and certified before delivering the vehicle to us. However, there was not one, but several issues...
