Staff was amazing but the manager Rebecca was actually one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. I was trying to have a conversation with her and one of her staff members was talking over him so I simply asked to have a one way conversation with her as the manager as we where already conversing. The conversation ended in laughs and smiles as I was very polite I had three children in the car.

Later in the conserving stand I simply asked if there was an owner around that I could have a conversation with and was confronted by Rebecca who was clearly irate her solution for the issue wasn’t good enough. Once again tying my best to be polite though she was being incredibly rude and even accusing me of being rude to her staff during our first conversation though that conversation ended nicely.. she asked if I’d like to talk to her again and I simply said no thank you for your time though I’ll try at a later date to have a conversation with them..

We ordered our food at the canteen where the staff was great other than Rebecca ofcourse lol later as my family and I waited in our car the owner and Rebecca showed up at my car side already with scowls on there faces and began to double team me as I tried to converse it became very clear Rebecca had created a narrative to the situation that was purely based on lies! As I tried to speak after being confronted by two very clearly upset women I was not givin the opportunity to speak. My son of 6 was visibly upset with the situation along with my teenage daughter who at this point was beginning to speak as they all knew the story Rebecca was running was purely based on untrue statements. I asked her to please not as it would make the situation worse. At this point I took the high road apologized to the fact that we could not obviously see eye to eye and even though my son had been looking forward to the movie I would take a refund and leave as I and my family felt attacked and embarrassed to even be there. To which she replied no refunds and if you have an issue contact her lawyer!! For what I’m not entirely sure.

I was commended by my wife and kids for keeping a cool head during this entire situation but I will say it was the most unkind treatment I have ever had towards me and my family and looking at the responses to the reviews on this page it now doesn’t surprise me as they fit perfectly with the attitude that was directed towards my family..

My bf and i drove up from saint john to see his sister and her husband for a few min to drop off some items.We have never been to this camp ground before. It was 11pm and we drove in the wrong gate so he pulled up by a side of a building to back up so we could turn around and go back out when we seen a worker so we asked him where the gate was for the camp ground. He said just pull over here and it should open. So then we heard a women yell out whats their story??? He explained we were trying to get into the campground. Then she said hold on here. She March's right up to my husbands window and says whats your story im the owner of tge campground? My husband explained we were there to see his sister she says rudly well u just drove on the sidewalk to my house. This was not intentional we were trying to turn around but she gave us no time to explain. She says what is your sisters name? What lot number is she? He said ill call her she said well no its past 10pm and we dont allow visitors past 10 so u just turn around and head back the way u came. U could smell the liquor off her breath and coukd tell she was intoxicated. We felt as if we where visiting jail she made us feel like criminals. She was so rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this expérience to anyone. I couldnt even believe it i will never go back there again. Worst...

Had a good time! Food was good from the canteen and the staff working there was very friendly. However, they advertised that “The New Mutants” and “The Avengers: Endgame” would be playing, but they didn’t play the right Avengers movie they played a different one, when the mistake was pointed out to staff they were very nice about it but said nothing could be done because the owners “didn’t realize there was more then one Averages movie”. We asked for a refund because they played the wrong movie and they said that the owner would have to call us back the next day to talk about a refund, and they never called or answered our phone calls. They also said this is the second time the wrong movie has been played in two weeks.
