The worlds most expensive hydro electric plant. It should have taken 5 years to build but will actually take between 10 to 13 years to complete construction, if we're lucky. It will cost the Newfoundland and Canada taxpayers at least 3 times the estimated construction budget (Uneducated, unskilled guess) to an excess $15 Billion. Completion...

this dam is so bad and is so faulty and nothin to see here no potential for anything nothing on the dam for people to learn about if you wee a geography teacher and picked this spot for a project it would be a terrible spot and everyone doing the project would hate...
