Malísima. No la recomiendo a nadie ni usuarios ni propietarios. Me estafaron 2 veces. Una como usuario, el propietario canceló 15 días antes de mi viaje y yo habiendo reservado con 6 meses de anticipación me quedé a esa altura en temporada alta sin nada. Como propietario una persona muy mal intencionada se quedó en mi apartamento más de una semana y después para no pagar denunció como que todo estaba mal. Realmente una estafadora. No solamente no aceptaron mi descargo ni fotos ni nada y además esta señora estropeó varias cosas por mal uso. Y es carísima la comisión que te cobran. No hay garantía de nada porque ellos no toman las garantías reales de las propiedades, no piden informes fehacientes ni cuentan con personas idóneas o bienes raíces de la zona pata evaluar las propiedades. Por eso puede ser estragado tanto el Propietario como el usuario.

Airbnb vermietet in unsicheren Vierteln. Eine meiner Unterkünfte war in Bakersfield (USA) auf meinem Roadtrip. Bei der Anfahrt habe ich schon gemerkt das es hier nicht sicher ist. Airb&b hat das alles garnicht interessiert. Bis heute keine Rückerstattung. Kein Verständnis. Die Unterkunft ist ganz neu und hat noch keine Referenzen. Airbnb ist das alles egal. Hauptsache das Geld ist drin. Sie kennen weder die Unterkunft, noch den Vermieter. Man hat keine Chance sein Geld zurück zu bekommen, weil man Fotos verlangt. Es wird alles auf den Kunden abgewälzt, er ist für eine Beweispflicht zuständig. Airb&b muss die zu vermietenden Gegenden und Unterkünfte nicht checken, der Kunde muss Fotos und Videos zur Beweispflicht vorlegen. Es ist ja eh schon unangenehm genug so eine Situation zu haben. Ich habe mit dem Kundenservice & auch mit Vorgesetzten gesprochen. Fazit: Dem Kunden der vor Ort ist und alles gesehen hat, wird nicht geglaubt! Jeder Mittellose kann bei Airbnb inserieren! Es wird nicht gecheckt von Airbnb. Erst, wenn mehrfach die Wohnung wegen der gleichen Begründung durch Kunden in Verruf kommt, wird die Wohnung rausgenommen, so laut Vorgesetzter Sarah im Telefonat. Ich als Kunde bekomme aber kein Geld zurück. Leider ist das Ausbeuterei der Kunden. Airbnb war damals auf einem anderen Niveau. Ich kann es wirklich nicht mehr empfehlen, sobald es ein Problem gibt, ist man auf sich alleine gestellt und es wird einem nicht geholfen, wie Airbnb immer sagt. Das ist schlichtweg gelogen und die Maschinerie Kundenservice spuhlt auch nur ihr Ding ab...
