Great course, even better service! I have played at quite afew diffrent courses, and this one had me walking away in awe at the incredible customer service we recieved. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by 2 friendly people in the clubhouse and we had a nice chat about the course and facilities (driving range, restaurant etc). We then went in for lunch before the round (we were about 15mins before it opned, but the amazing server sat us down and got us a drink while the kitchen got ready to open. Food was perfect, an amazing clubhouse sandwhich! We then wenbt to the driving range and forgot our ball ticket codes, but another employee saw us right away and zoomed back to get us some! We played the desert course which has amazing views, a couple blind shots, and some wide open fairways. A good mix of a little bit of a challenge and straightforward shots. (I didnt find it that hard as some people have said, and I'm a 28 handicap!). Course is in great shape, with very fast greens! Make sure you respect the signs to stay out of the enviromentally sensitive areas. Was an amazing experience from start to finish. I'm sorry I didn't rememebr anyone on staff's names, but anyone that worked on 07/25/2025 deserves prasie! Look forward to...
Read moreGot to get out and do 18 at the Desert Course yesterday, September 29. Thinking there's not too many sunny and 70 days left in the season. Got a Sunday afternoon tee time at 2:40 and had a blast! Beautiful course, great views, lots of fun holes with elevation, and fortunately the uphillers weren't so bad, not too many blind shots. Wouldn't recommend walking the desert course because of the elevation. Considering it's the end of the season, the greens were in fantastic shape, every one rolled true - kudos to the staff.
Round took a little longer than usual as we were following a couple slow groups, but still managed to get 18 in before dark.
They mentioned that they had a big storm pass through and the range nets came down, so only could hit irons about 200 - no drivers at the range, but totally understandable. Had a couple fallen limbs of trees and branches on the course, but again, not a big deal and I'm sure they'll have it cleaned up by next year.
Felt like I've discovered a gem and I can't...
Read moreVery disappointing experience today. We had two rounds booked for our family vacation in Osoyoos, both now cancelled. I booked months ago and requested rental clubs (3 men’s stiff flex, 1 women’s regular flex). I even called a week ahead to confirm tee times, rentals, and carts, and was reassured everything was in order.
When we arrived, the pro shop staff didn’t know we needed rentals. Then offered only mismatched, regular-flex sets of clubs - nothing close to the specifications confirmed. We were told “this is all we have,” with no stiff flex options. For anyone who knows golf and plays quite a bit, playing with the wrong shafts makes for a poor playing experience.
Fortunately, we were able to get a last minute round booked at Fairview Mountain today with the right specs on brand new Taylormade Qi35 clubs. I’d recommend you go there if you’re looking for a proper golf experience on...
