The last 3 times I’ve gone in May/June, cashier and reception for members has been pretty rude

This last visit I asked member counter old woman to put my credit offer on and she said you don’t have anything today

How do you know without even looking at my card Rudely might I add, “Today is Saturday… there’s nothing for nobody “

Here’s my propaganda advertising to entice me to return for $7 that they won’t even give

FYI every other place gives me $50 or so and lots of gifts and cruises so for the same money to bet the novelty of driving 2 hours has worn off

Being my first time here it was okay. There were a lot of games I never played before and they seemed to have a better payout compared to other places that I have been to. I was disappointed that the lady at the boutique had no knowledge of any of the prices therefore she didn't make a sale cause she couldn't tell me how much things were but made a point to tell me that they only accept cash. I found that odd. The service on the floor is very slow, they don't come around often for drinks and when they do you wait awhile to get then. The only server that was on the ball was Sylvie. I like the fact there is a smoking room with machines. However it is a long way to drive, the restaurant is expensive and they don't have a huge selection so I probably won't go back. They should change their menu to accommodate the people that are playing at their casino. The restaurant...

Nous avons étés au Grand Royal Wôlinak , nous avons passés une très belle journée. Nous avons étés très déçu par la nourriture. La soupe très froide, le Fish and chips très froid aussi. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau etc. La nourriture était quand même bonne. La serveuse seule, elle a fait son possible vu les circonstances. Notre commande à été oubliée. Elle a été obligée de revenir la prendre. En plus le fisc and chips est arrivé avant la soupe. Nous avons payé pour ne pas pénaliser la serveuse qui était très gentille. Voilà pourquoi nous donnons cette note que je partagerais ainsi 0 pour le restaurant, 4 pour la serveuse et 5 pour le Casino. Nous allons retourner sous peut au casino et nous irons au restaurant. J’espère qu’il sera comme les premières fois. Nous voudrions corriger notre note. Nous sommes retournée au Casino, il y a eu grande amélioration pour la nourriture. Mais, je crois qu' il manque de personnelle pour la restauration. Je vais ajuster ma note à 4 étoiles.

Nous sommes allées au Casino le vendredi 9 février 2024, nous avons encore passé une très belle journée partie du Casino. Au restaurant, nous avons encore été déçus. Nous avons commandé deux poutines avec le menu pour les autobus. La serveuse a oublié de m’apporter la soupe et elle m’a offert de l’apporter après le repas. Nous sommes arrivés au restaurant à 16 h 45. 30 minutes plus tard, la serveuse est venue prendre la commande. À 17 h 45, nos poutines sont arrivées. Pour gagner un peu de temps, nous avons demandé, de nous, apportez notre facture en même temps que notre dessert tout de suite. Et nous avons quitté le restaurant à 18 h 10. Et pourtant il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde, seulement 6 tables étaient occupées. La poutine était bonne et chaude. Mais le service est très lent. C’est pourquoi je descends à 3 étoiles.
