15/09/26 @ 4:55 pm I walked into the meat store to buy dog scraps. First I had to stand for couple minutes, no one noticed me there and i found no bell. Then lady came and asked what I want, i said, she walked to back and asked this guy, she came back and told me not today and said I should come back tomorrow, then I wanna explain that it would not work, i did not even start then this guy what I have deal with so many times, thought he was a nice guy, maybe he's the owner. He got so mad at me and came red face to me and asked whats going on. I just said you have no scraps, he yelled at me don't get mad at my staff, I was not mad at all buy then I got mad that he accessed me wrong and I just walked out. I will stay away from this guy from now on. Such a nice customer service from the boss and blame you wrong. Thanks This is not what I like to say from a local business but when I did not even said anything to the lady and the boss is soooo rude to you and blames you wrong then I have to let others know what he does.    Read moreWorth travelling across the country for! Flew in for a family reunion and was told about this amazing meat shop south of Winnipeg. I didnât have high hopes as Iâm from Alberta and didnât think any out of province meat shop could compete with Alberta beef. Boy was I wrong!
I tried a bit of everything! Jerky, pepperoni, steaks, pepperettes and much more!
Jerky was flavourful and long lasting, as jerky should be! Pepperoni was like no pepperoni Iâve ever had before. One of the steaks we made into some beef tartar and it just melted in our mouths! Last few steaks we grilled and they were delicious!
The owner is kinda and informative, he even gave me a tour of the shop!
