UPDATED REVIEW - I have had my first Arctic Spa for three months and wanted to give an update on my prior review. The Great - The tub when it is operational is by far the best hot tub I've ever sat in. We enjoy it daily. The days we are not in it, I have a noticeable mood change... I absolutely love my Arctic Spa for the hydrotherapy and the ease of use and maintainence. The salt water system is amazing. I have no time to mess with chemicals, nor do I want to. Also, I can jump out, dry off, and crawl into bed relaxed. No need to shower and have that chemical smell around the house. Would never EVER do anything other than salt water. Dustin is a rock star. You see his name a lot in these reviews for very good reason. Ultra responsive. Knowledgeable. Helpful. He truly wants you to have the best end to end experience from when you walk in the door to when it is installed and while you are enjoying it. He is the person every company needs. The Bad - Had a few hiccups along the way and I feel there are things that need explanation that aren't readily available. We've gotten lost of post-incident tips around diverters, water care, etc that would have saved time for both us and Arctic Spas if they were a bit more upfront in some important "need to know" pieces. The ugly - In three months, we've had three tech calls. Installation left a large hole that mice would love to make their way through and have a nice, warm cozy winter home. It also lead to water entering the inside of the tub. Then the heater went in month two due to improper sealing and water leaking onto the heater, causing it to fail. Went a few days without again and every time it goes down, the water balancing act begins. Then the big one where a diverter exploded and shot into the air, leaving a Bellagio-like fountain show. While Dustin responded on a stat holiday to help us bypass that pump so we could still use the tub (again, things that would be helpful to have knowledge of), it still was three days without a tub. More importantly, this was a major manufacturing defect that has affected other owners. Nobody was hurt but we did say multiple times we felt something was wrong with the diverter as it didn't operate like the other ones and lo and behold, we may have been on to something. They were again responsive and quick to repair but it does concern me that the same style of piece was reinstalled so there is no reason it couldn't happen again. Water plus pressure of course could cause issues, but this honestly scared me as if anyone was in a different position when it happened, the injury could have been severe.
So there is my updated review. The tub is world class. Can't imagine life without it. Maybe that's why I get so mad when it goes down because then I can't use it! Update:
Eight months later after having our hot tub still no regrets with going with Arctic Spa's. Walked into today and the sales person Dustin still remembered me as a person an not as a number like the other companies do! An he asked if we still like our decision that we went with, I was like 100 percent! No regrets with the homework we did to go with Arctic.
It's a will built unit we used our hot tub all winter long without any problems, plus the cost to run it was three times lower in power consumption then friends of ours who own a different hot tub an wish they would have spent the extra time to look around.
Plus I got to give my feed back on owning a summit hot tub, to a potentially new customert today hopefully my testimony helps them made the right decision. They asked me lots of questions as I did to Dustin eight months ago.

Told us everything we needed to know about what you want out of hot tub. Was very informative and knew his product and his competitors products very well. This was great because we have never owned one. The hot tubs there were great and the showroom was clean and virtually no smell of chlorine. But we left, you don’t buy the first thing you see. No pressure was happy we came there first, encouraged us to look around. We looked at all the major brands LCL, Jacuzzi, Bullfrog, but nothing compared to the comfort of Arctic spas. Major reasons we went with Arctic was comfortable seats with arm rests, spa boy is amazing and effortless, interactive app to control your tub, saltwater option, and cold weather durability.
