Most amazing store with beautiful, talented and very kind staff. They are always willing to help you find the right style and fit for you that makes you feel and look your best and answer questions online very quickly. The products they carry are well made, top quality and are always in style and are well priced compared to other stores. Their descriptions of products and sizing/fit is always right on and super helpful. They hand pack orders beautifully and safe for travel and send them out very quick, I am in Ontario and often receive packages in just over 48hrs but always within a week of my order. Returns and exchanges are easy and simple. They always have new product drops and plenty of selection for women, men and children whether it's tops, pants, dresses, accessories or shoes you can get everything you need for a perfect outfit from this store. I get numerous compliments daily on my purchases from here. I love supporting small and local businesses and hands down this is my favorite store....

Absolutely love shopping at Cold Cactus! The store is always so beautiful and well stocked on sizes. When I first went here, I was unsure of what sizes I would need and what my best suited style was, but the staff stepped in (shout out to Laci & Sarah) and they stayed by my side and helped pick out some clothes that would suit me and they were so kind and patient as we navigated sizing for jeans. I will always choose Cold Cactus as my go-to because of the amazing customer service and selection. Whether it’s a wedding, every day outfits or going riding, this is the place to go 100%. I’ve been shopping at the Cold Cactus for a few years now! There is so much to be said about this hidden gem. They carefully curate and hand select gorgeous, high quality products and are extremely inclusive with mens, womens and childrens styles and sizing as well. There is truly something for everyone at the Cold Cactus, and if you’re looking for a perfect gift - look no further! The owner, Tara, is eloquent, organized, a true boss babe and a hustler. She manages her business and her family with grace and beauty inside and out. She’s a true pioneer pursuing her passions and it’s a pleasure to watch the CC flourish! Her husband Phil is undoubtedly they’re best model ;). I love being able to support another family owned business here in SW Ontario....
