I had a very disappointing experience. My husband bought me a gold chain less than a month ago, and it broke very easily while I was simply tying my hair. This clearly shows the poor quality of the product.
When I returned to the store with my receipt, which stated that I could either get a refund or exchange the item, I asked to either exchange the chain for a different model (as I no longer trusted the quality of this one) or to receive a refund. However, the staff immediately refused both options and only offered to repair the chain.
I was not satisfied with that solution, and after sending the chain to their head office, they still only offered me the exact same chain, claiming that was all they could do. This is unacceptable customer service. I expected better quality and customer care from a jewelry store. I do not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable products and fair treatment.

Read moreBrought my watch in for a simple battery replacement, as they are an official Tissot dealer you think they would be able to do a simple battery replacement. Not only did they try charging me $40 for a battery, make me me wait for 45 minutes, they completely ruined the internal seal and could not put the watch back together.

Thank you for your reply, however we should set the record straight here. To clarify, that watch was purchased directly from Tissot and this was the first time it has been serviced/opened. If there was a defect in the seal it should have been brought to my attention immediately, but it was not. I was left waiting in the store with my four year old for over 45 minutes with no news. I brought it to the attention of one of your staff that went and checked and came back saying the watch was almost finished.
When your staff finally was not able to properly close the watch, the employee I was dealing with offered two options: "we can either cut or melt the seal to try and get it back in". She asked us what we were looking for and ended up helping us find the most perfect ring by suggesting we have one custom made. She worked with the store’s gemologist to have several sapphire samples sent to the store for me to look at as that was the stone I wanted in my ring instead of a diamond. She was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful, and when I finally got to see the finished product, I was speechless.
