First Western Boutique — Local services in St. John's

Went this past weekend to get my first pair of Blundstones and cannot say a enough good things about the service. The gentleman who helped me was very polite, very professional, and you could tell he prided himself on his knowledge of the product, and he explained very clearly how the boot should fit. I required steel toe for my job and he took the time to show me my options and explain the difference in styles. He helped get me fitted into something comfortable (I have a wide foot) and encouraged me to walk up and down the hallway and to “Take as long as I need” (which is saying something because I was there at 5:30 on a Saturday). When we settled on the correct boot he told me about the lifetime cleaning that they offer and encouraged me to take advantage of it. After 1 day of using my new boots I can honestly say I will never own another pair of steel toes that arent blundstones. Its the best boot Ive ever put on my foot. It’s comfortable and supportive. It is truly rare in this day and age to find genuinely excellent customer service but that's what you'll experience at First Western Boutique. My wife and I wanted to pick up some Blundstone boots and were referred to this store. They explained the different options, the sizing, and were focused on finding the right size and style for each of us. When most of what we buy is through faceless online transactions, it was truly refreshing to deal with such a dedicated merchant that is so knowledge and committed to provide their customers with the best experience possible.
