Very friendly staff, even when I have one hundred questions. They are nice on the phone as well. I often have called concerning Pokémon promotions and they always take the time to check if they have them or let me know when they will be in, despite being a busy location, which is very nice. Their preorders have been good, it’s nice that they call you to confirm and let you know, especially since they are all very friendly. I only ran into a problem once with Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl where one of the preorder bonuses were out of stock. But they just wrote my name down and told me to come back for it, and I did and they actually did have it then, so that was fine for me. Heaven and Hell combined. Like a kid in a candy store, you could easily lose track of time and spend hours mingling with the staff and talking game related chatter. The stores are always brightly lit and colorful with display cases and demo stations usually offering someone a few minutes sanctuary from the boredom of a forced upon shopping trip. You can get everything from the obvious video games and consoles to clothing, toys, collectibles, board games, model kits and just about any other game related merchandise. They often offer 3 for 2 deals, trade deals such as trade x number of games and get x new release game or console free or discounted so it's always good to check their online flyers or drop by your closest location when you...

Love EB Games, always got a great selection. Employees are always super nice and attentive and will give you honest opinions on products rather than say anything to make a sale. Lots of novelty items now as well, my only complaint is the lack of shirt sizes and such, most of what I see is small or medium, which would be a tight fit on me, and the display means for these products as they are usually balled up in bags rather than on hangers, which I'm sure isn't EBs fault as their space is limited, but nonetheless, take away from the product. Other things I'd like to see are things like video game posters, socks and underwear and maybe more selection of hoodies. Otherwise, this is an excellent location. Drop in...
