Update- changing my review to 1 star.
I ordered a chaise section when I purchased my loveseat and couch that was supposed to be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks it's now been 3 months.
I've contacted the sales team at multiple points and they told me that it would be on the next shipment from the manufacturer. I just got off a call with them and they said it never made it to a shipment and they don't know when they expect it. There's been no updates on my end when I asked over the phone they said they have a lot of things that haven't been showing up and they don't have time to call everybody.
my couch was also shipped with the wrong legs which they said they would send somebody out the next week and replace but that never happened. I was advised that the replacement legs are on the shipment with the rest of the product.
good experience if you're buying something off the showroom floor don't...

However when the delivery team arrived I was busy up having a coffee as the table and just showed them where to put it, they were in and out in a few minutes and handed me the sign off and off they went. However when I went to my front entrance they had pushed the door handle into the wall causing a hole. After a week or so they finally sent someone to check the damage, and after pushing on the door to prove it couldn't have been them they pushed it into the wall AGAIN and caused MORE DAMAGE. They gave us the option for them to repair or us to get someone else, however I received a phone call a few days after left stating that I had signed for the delivery and they would NOT be covering the damages.

So we had them notate the damage which was a mess up at the factory because the sitching on one of the backs did not meet so you could see the white cotton under the fabric. We waited a month for a new back to be replaced from Ashley Furniture however someone showed up to take the damaged back for a few days and reupholster it, which I did not agree on considering we purchased this brand new...so we had to wait a few. More days while waiting for a new back to be delivered. We received a call informing us that Ashley will not be replacing the back they will only reupholster it. Absolutely unacceptable because we did not pay full price for a damaged product, however we did receive a refund lesser the delivery cost. Probably will never purchase from here after...
