NLC Liquor Store — Local services in St. John's

This flagship liquor store needs a little marketing TLC. The cold room hides all the really good local craft in the back, and the front cooler cases are all full of boring international lagers.

We stopped by here to pick up some Quidi Vidi Brewery’s Margarita Cervaza. We had tried it at the brewery and it was amazing. Like a much better tasting version of Corona with a stronger lime and sea salt flavour! The local product is in the rear cooler. I had to ask a nice clerk who showed me where it was. We can’t buy this brewery’s beer in BC...
