My wife and I were looking at getting a recliner/rocking chair for our living room. With our baby coming, we really wanted something sooner than later. Furniture Market was the first place we looked. When we met Bobby a few weeks ago, he really helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He is very personable, professional, and made the whole experience pleasurable. After going to other furniture stores and not finding what we wanted, we returned to Furniture Market today and met Bobby! We were so excited to see him and he recognized us immediately. We went with the exact chair we were looking for and we're excited to have it delivered on Tuesday! Thank you again Bobby! Purchased a custom sectional, specifically asking for the opposite orientation than what was on the showroom. We signed the order form (which had product codes for the pieces, no descriptions) and verbally confirmed with the salesman that it was the opposite orientation. What arrived was the same orientation as was on the showroom floor. We tried to contact management and they havent returned our calls, and the one person we talked to said they would not do anything for us. We will not be shopping here again, and i advise anyone else ordering custom furniture from this place to request full written product descriptions on all order forms instead of the...

Poor quality, bought couch springs started pushing up within a day. Couch feels likes its 20 years old within first day. Sales also lied about what we get with delivery where told would be assembled, but when delivery showed up told us if what assembled would be $50 additional charge. Also on top of it all the delivery drivers damaged my door the company did give us a small credit enough to not replace the damaged door, door wont shut right anymore either since they damaged it. Was my first and last time buying off these people. A lit of money down toilet plus a bunch more gunna be gone to fix the damage they caused. Poor quality, they lie. ...
