Laura and Michael even reviewed my house floorplans with me and provided their interior design expertise, to help ensure I picked a sofa that was perfect for my space. They were very knowledgeable about their products and recommended a fabric that would be best suited for a home with children and pets - something that was a concern of mine. Absolutely incredible customer service. I had a unique question with a purchase many years ago at a different store, in a different province! I had lost some hardware that I needed to convert a crib to a children's bed. Through a lucky search, I came across Osmond's Furniture in NL who carried that design and spoke to Chris on the phone who went out of his way to help me with my issue! It was an example of first class customer service to someone who lived across the country which speaks volumes to how they conduct business....
