Worst customer experience ever. Went to go see deadpool and wolverine, and went into a short lineup right at 3:40 (as the movie was starting) thinking a few minutes late wouldn't be a problem, lineuo was short. It took wayyy longer than it should have to process 5 people (two groups of two, and one solo) this took at least 15 mins before getting to us. I ordered two water bottles and a bag of candy, nothing fancy. The woman took my money and made a face, and said her till wasn't working, while staring at us for a good three minutes. I told her if she won't take cash, to cancel the transaction. She said she could not, and stared at the screen without doing anything for another 5 minutes. She then tried handing me back the money, I held onto it before asking if my friend can buy the tickets, she said no, and couldn't cancel the transaction. She kept staring at her screen, doing absolutely nothing, then I asked if she could get the manager, as this was taking far too long. She said she would, then walked off for another 5 minutes. She came back, saying the manager would be there. He showed up a few minutes after....walking right past her. At this point I handed back my 12$ for what I was trying to buy. She stared at the money again....and ask if the two dollars was in fact, two dollars. At this point I was floored, deeply annoyed, and about to lose my cool. I said yes, and to try again. She pushed a button...and the till magically opened. Having had more than enough, and having been 20 or so minutes late, and seeing her put in the wrong ticket for a much later show, I waved over the manager, who came over and immediately got us on our way. Went to see Ad Astra in IMAX on a Tuesday for a 4:30 matinee. It was evident that the projector had a broken pixel, as there was a blue dot to the right of the screen that stayed throughout the entire movie. This may not have been as evident in another movie, but since the setting was in outer space, it was distracting. I would have been disappointed had I paid $20+ to see the movie on a regular night. The movie ended around 6:40 and as my friend and I exited the theater, we were met by two people handing out flyers for The Rec Room. I proceeded to go to the ladies washroom, only to have to enter 5 separate stalls to find one stocked with toilet paper. The theater was starting to become busier with evening movie offerings and I could not understand why there were two people handing out flyers but the bathrooms were left unattended and lacking supplies. I tried to find a customer service desk to advise staff of the concern but it seems the customer service desk has been removed/moved with no clear direction of where it may have been relocated or where I could get assistance. The only other staff available were at the meal counter and movie entry booth - both of which had long lines. I wasn't interested in waiting in line only to advise someone of something that shouldn't have ever been a concern in the first place. I would not recommend the additional cost of IMAX at this location and would be hard-pressed before visiting this location again. You can do...

Anyone who gives this place a good review must be into disgusting because that is what this place is. When you get to your seat turn on your camera flashlight. The seats are the filthiest. I have been to many ciniplex locations and this being the only one on the island I had high hopes. Completely the opposite. I mean this is where I would take visiting family and their kids but not anymore. I would be embarrassed to take them here. The staff are really nice which is the only positive. Food advertised has not been available for months. Been showing nachos for months on the menu but none available. The outtakes restaurant doesn't even have a menu it's like a secret you have to ask about. You see people lined up over there but it looks just like skip the dishes only. So guess? Went to see a movie in Dbox and my seat armrest cushion was broken and taped on. The next one had genitals drawn on it. I used to go the movies all the time. This place is poorly upkept and even poorly run. Watching a quiet movie you will certainly hear rumbling from the movie next door. In my opinion this place needs to be shut down as it is in need of a major overhaul and update. I can't imagine that the cineclub is doing...
