This is a business that has lasted decades, reinventing itself repeatedly, much like a certain fictional character with a similar name. It's current incarnation is one of the better ones I think. Not too seedy like its downtown self, and not too pretentious like its Freshwater existence. They might have found their sweet spot. Every time I pop in the staff are always friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to help with a little first aid. For clarity, it was a nice sunny day and my little guy, who is clumsy, tripped outside and scraped his knee. They were more than happy to provide some first aid supplies and get him back on his feet. In terms of product, more often than not I find what I’m looking for, and I find the prices to be very fair and reasonable, sometimes cheaper than Amazon. Just about the most unfriendly and antisocial staff you can come across, it makes you feel like an inconvenience for even making a purchase. On the other hand, the selection for anime & manga merchandise is terrible. Each time you guys post your new shipments I (and many other people I know) hope it will ever be something besides Dragon Ball but it more or less never is. If who orders in merchandise has never heard of another anime/manga besides that one or something, I'm sure you could take suggestions on Facebook so you can actually get some variety...
