It's cheaper than a gym however it does get a little crowded around the free weights but they've got most of the equipment one might need to shed a few extra pounds.
They lack an extensive variety of workout machines so you kind of have to get comfortable around the dumbbells which isn't an issue for me. I do find myself hovering around the benches often waiting for someone to leave so I can grab a spot.
They have lockers where you can stash your valuables and washroom that kind of functions as a changing area but space inside the "changeroom" is very limited. Read moreIt's a nice place, but the Bathrooms need better ventilation systems as it doesn't vent well in some of the bathrooms (especially in the gym bathrooms), it's stinky due to the lack of venting in there.
Other than that, it's a great place for kids and teens, middle-aged people, and seniors. Also, it's a great place to have community with other health-conscious people who like to stay active in group sports (badminton, basketball, Zumba, Pilates, weight room, etc.).
