Be sure of your product before you purchase. I was stuck without a cell and sent a friend to get me a charging cable. Unfortunately, she purchased a ($40!) cable, that does not work for my phone. When I went in 16 days later (as soon as it was convenient for me to go this way) to return the brand new and unused cable, I was given a hard time about it and told I could not get a refund. I coolly pointed out that there was no return policy stated on the purchase slip and that the product is in pristine condition, so I don’t understand the issue. The best they could do is give me store credit. I looked around to try and spend this credit, but there is absolutely nothing there that I needed. Their inventory is slim to none. There is no selection of anything that would be relevant for my phone.. (an iPhone 15Pro Max) This purchase was a complete waste of money, I don’t recommend shopping here and I have reported this exchange policy to the Better...

Horrible customer service. I went into get a new phone and contract. The girl helping me was a wreck and a half. Halfway through the purchase and phone set up she decided she needed to leave work to pick up her dog. She literally left me half way through a phone set up. The manager had to juggle me and another customer at the same time. When he finally got to me, it turned out she had a messed it up and he had to fix it resulting me in losing the phone I wanted. It happened to be the last one in stock. I had to downgrade to a crappier phone but he did give me a better plan then she offered. I did not get the deal intended because of her lack of work ethic. No one offered me any compensation or free product for the horrible service even when I asked. This is what you get for shopping in a small town with only the crappiest of workers. Save your time and effort and go to north bay or I bet the Walmart here might be more decent than...
