From time of booking, through to the night of the wedding, we had the most wonderful experience. Especially in times of COVID, the Copper Creek team reduced so much stress, put us at ease, and we are so thankful to them. It’s evident this team truly cares about the Bride & Groom and creating the most memorable experience. There are too many people to thank, but we did want to highlight three people that really went the extra mile to make our event so memorable -

Veronica was our main contact for all things event related, she was very helpful, answered all emails quickly, was eager with a client service approach. She had very strong attention to detail and ensured no detail was left out. Christina was also incredible!

Vince was so accommodating during the pandemic situation and helped to reduce a lot of stress. Going into a conversation with Vince, we always left feeling more calm, assured, and confident in our wedding situation, which is so rare in these times. His focus to ensure we were happy was so incredibly appreciated.

Raj was our go to man the whole night, and we are so thankful he was. He was there the whole night, making sure everything was running seamlessly, and that we were happy. He would check in, see if there was anything we needed, kept us updated and was helpful for any requests we had. Heading into the night, we had the chance to meet him at menu tasting, and it made us feel confident in the evening as we knew he aimed to please. He was a hit with our whole family, so many compliments! Incredible service, and you can tell the care Raj invested.

Overall, everyone single member we encountered at Copper Creek was so lovely. Our family and friends were so happy with the wedding venue and said that the food was some of the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Can’t say enough great things about this venue...

My wife and I had our wedding here back in November of 2022. Copper Creek was amazing to deal with. We placed our deposit down in 2019 to get married in 2020, I'm sure you know how this goes. COVID hits!! Everything is getting postponed and trying to figure out dates etc. We heard horror stories of venues asking for another deposit for a new date, or not refunding deposits etc.

First thing Copper Creek said to us was "Do you want your deposit back". We said no as we knew we wanted to get married there. We booked a time for 2021, but closer to the date, it was only 100 people allowed with mask on. As I come from a European background, no way that was happening. So we pushed back again to 2022 of November. We had 200 guest at our wedding and it was an absolute party!!! A massive shoutout to Raj the kitchen manager. This man is a GEM!!! I have not seen such customer service in my entire life. He was on the ball and his team didn't miss a thing. I had one of my guest say something to their spouse about the steak, Raj overheard, ent over to check on them, and within minutes a new steak was out for them cooked to perfection and all was well.

It was just the little things you stress about on your wedding day that Raj just took over and made your life that much easier. He had everything set up perfectly for timing for speeches/food.

Veronica Walker was amazing as well. She planned the day with us for the last year and a haf and answered 1000 questions from my wife and I. We thank you.

I’m not even sure where to begin! When we walked into Copper Creek to check out the venue, we fell absolutely in love with the location and scenery for our fall wedding. We were blown away by how friendly the staff was and how well we were treated. Along the whole journey of planning our wedding, the event coordinator was always there to support us and answered any questions we had with such a kind, caring, and patient manner. She was always organized, timely and always asked for my thoughts and opinions. She made planning the wedding so easy and no matter what stage in the planning process I was in, she made me feel so reassured with any email I sent her way! The staff continued to blow us away at the menu tasting and then also when we brought in all of our items to set up a few days before the wedding. The staff there made us feel so important and took their time with us to ensure our satisfaction.

The day of the wedding was absolutely perfection. We were so blown away by all the attention to detail, it didn’t go unnoticed by us or our guests. We felt so respected and important! The serving staff was absolutely wonderful! Our guests kept talking about how amazing the food was and we were blown away at how every time we left our seat, we would come back to folded napkins waiting for us.
