Great river for paddleboarding. Started at Old Mill and made my way down to Lake Ontario. Great way to spend some time afterwork to take in the relaxing scenery. Note, the water is quite murky in the river. You'll see a whole array of wildlife. Beavers, ducks, swans, geese and even lynx! Weekends are sometimes like the 401... packed with paddlers. You can venture along the breakwall once at Lake Ontario. Visit Sunnyside Beach or even go as far as Ontario Place. Pack some water, munchies and don't forget the sunscreen!
