I would never buy another thing from Lyons Goodfellow and I would recommend that you do not either. The after sales service is absolutely terrible. I spent over $5,000 on Canadian made furniture, advised the owner immediately upon taking receipt of an expensive swivel chair that it was faulty, and have spent the past two months getting the run around, being spoken to in a condescending manner, while he offered no viable solution. This culminated in getting a letter this week from the owner where he quoted revisionist history, stating things he clearly did not say at the time of purchase nor is any of it stated on his “Delivery Policy” webpage. My blood pressure can’t take one more frustrating conversation with this man so I have chosen to walk away and live with a chair that drives everyone crazy!
