The restaurant is an absolute disappointment. While playing Bingo, my boyfriend ordered a burger and fries at intermission, pretty much when the restaurant was empty. He ordered at 7:10pm, and by this time, Bingo was over, and he still hadn’t received his food. We walked over to the restaurant after Bingo and inquired about his food, and it was sitting under a warming light in a take out bag (strange cuz all the other Bingo meals weren’t). He then proceeded to ask the waiter if the food was fresh and just came up, and the server said, “yes. It’s coming up just now…” it was over an hour and a half later. Upon getting ready to eat his food back at his hotel room, 5 minutes away, it was extremely soggy and floppy. It was NOT fresh. And no apology or refund received. He sadly waited all night for food after working all day, and no resolution. Highly do not recommend. And will not return.

I also went shortly after intermission of Bingo around 7:30pm to order two beers for my parents and two blue Hawaiian drinks. I had mentioned if they offered anything for birthdays, as it was my 30th, and got told, “not likely haha”. After receiving my two beers and paying, I returned to Bingo area and was told they’d bring my drinks over to me. Over 40 minutes went by, Bingo ended, and still no drinks. Went to bar and received refund for the two blue Hawaiians. So frustrating I couldn’t even enjoy one simple drink on my birthday. But got fed excuses that “every table had to wait at least 45 minutes for food.” Very unprofessional.

The amount of disrespect between the staff and myself, and the staff and each other, I witnessed during my experience at this restaurant tonight was absolutely embarrassing and terrible. I won’t be recommending this place or be returning here as nothing continues to be resolved. Do not go here or you’ll end up...

We were so unbelievably disappointed in our entire experience there this evening. It was somehow empty and a mess at the same time, and the food was somehow greasy and watery at the same time. My husband and I both came home and brushed our teeth immediately and do not feel well. The food in the past has had some high points, but this evening I'm certain we were served food that has been in the freezer since Covid. Utterly disgusting. Our drinks as well; my martini tasted like a no name lemon lime pop that was warm and had gone flat - I honestly feel you would have had to work hard to make a drink that bad! We love to support local, but can not in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone and we will certainly not be returning,...

Very disappointed in the Point Restaurant in Williams Lake was totally empty for lunch was told could not sit at the front and overlook City. Had to sit in the section the waitress greeted us at in the back. Told her no I wanted to sit looking over the lake. She said management changed rules and we were not allowed to sit there even though Noone was sitting there.
