I enjoyed my massage with Kyle. He was great and really helped the tightness in my shoulder! And gave me some great tips. However, my only not so pleasant thing that I experienced was that the massage therapist who was in the room next to ours, was talking so much and so loud. It was very distracting, I wasn't able to concentrate on my breathing or hear the soothing sounds of the music that was playing. I thought it was supposed to be a nice calming environment but she was just chatting away with her clients. She had 2 different clients in the span of the time that I was there and she was the same to both of them. Kyle anytime he spoke to me, it was in a soft and calming manner. This other massage therapist next door, it was like she was on a phone call with a friend, just laughing and chatting so loudly. 1st time at the clinic. Darcie ( the owner) was kind enough to fit us in. We arrived and Inna pulled up a file that made no sense. Asked for ID and said the spelling on the file she pulled up was all wrong. Ended up she had the wrong file and still couldn't find us Told us to rebook and we were not impressed She said... Oh well sorry. I asked for Darcie or Yvonne to come to the front and she wouldn't reply. We were upset that this was so messed up. I told Inna I'd call in the morning to speak with the owner. She again said sorry oh well. We left! Few minutes later Inna called and said she found the appointment but we had already left. My husband and I have been seeing the wonderful therapists at this clinic for many years. Although they have now moved to this new clinic my first visit was last week and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is not only that it is super easy to book online.
