Last week Sunday,I went to shoppers buy some products from cosmetics department, the lady from the other department, she is cashier , she have short blonde curly hair with wearing glasses working on others side . It’s birthday month so ,on that we get 25 percent off on any product, the girl working in cosmetics had conversations with cosmetics department manager through phone message, because manger went home already , she told me to you can wait until she gets reply back to me. And standing there rest of time ,I âm asking about deals and offers going on store .We brought perfumes that day . The lady from working on other side came and Stand over there and start looking on us. Many time she do same thing , I felt very bad, when she asking their employee why they were alway to return something but I was there to exchange something's.she give us attitude and very rude . As per the policy.we can exchange or return under the time period. We spending our money not her money. I personally fell racism’s with us . Because the girl in cosmetics from my nation, she happily answer my doubts in my language. I don’t what’s going on her mind . I was really upset. Went in to drop off a new prescription I was asked if I wanted to wait the by CSR I asked if it would be within 15 mins as I was in lunch she snickered and said more like half hour I said ok before I walked away I wanted to confirm that my insurance was still on my profile her reply in an under tone voice “you used it in Sept so I guess “ I said that I’d come back later to pickup my prescription started to walk away and I guess she thought I was out of ear range and started to say to the pharmacist on duty what was my problem and that she only worked there not sure how asking questions is a problem I need to know when I can pickup my medicine and I’ve dropped off new prescriptions and not had my insurance applied and they e had to redo my profile while picking up just try to avoid that taking anymore time than needed. Went there around 5:40pm June 1st. I find the male pharmacist very rude. Tried phoning before coming but the phones keeps getting put on hold. Pharmacist said there is something wrong with the phone but it appears they are just intentionally doing it. I was talking to his assistant who appears to be trying her best to respond with my concerns but this pharmacist keeps Interrupting as if his assistant can't handle herself.
