Santo Antao Scuba Diving

We read a lot of good reviews and we had made weeks in advance a reservation for a dive, we especially stayed two nights in Tarrafal for this. But turned out Arlindo, who accepted the reservation, was not there. We spoke to him the day before on the phone, he said he was out of town but that the dive could take place in the afternoon the next day. In the morning he sent a message he was probably not going to make it, because he couldnt find an aluguer, (with still half a day to get there), we unfortunately only received it in the afternoon, resulting in waiting for nothing at the agreed time and place. The people there also said he was away, visiting family... We were not amused but still answered perhaps we could dive the next morning. We never got any answer. Sorry but this was just not nice. I hope next customers...

Great experience!

I tried a diving course some years ago in Australia but never really felt comfortable under water. Doing the dive with David I felt far more relaxed and was able to enjoy diving for the first time.

I can highly recommend diving with Santo Antao Scuba Diving. I was lucky to do some dives with Arlindo after the seasonal break. Arlindo ist communicative and fluent in english, french und portugies. The Equipment was fine and the dive sites are remote and spectacular. I git to See plenty of fish, bigger ones like amberjack, grouper and Moray eel, rays, lobster and so...
