I would like to thank Health City for the exceptional care that they provided me. Words cannot describe the top notch treatment that I received. First, let me say that my Doctor - Troy Gatcliffe is an amazing, kind, compassionate, friendly and extremely skilled physician/surgeon. I made the right choice when I chose Health City and Dr. Gatcliffe. Secondly, I would like to say a special Thank you to Anil. Anil is such an amazing individual. He works with the International Team, assisting overseas patients with logistics. Anil went above and beyond. Anil took ALL of my stress away by coordinating everything. He was responsive, kind, professional, reliable and helpful. Anil could solve a problem like no other human being on this planet. Thirdly, I would like to say a special thanks to Yelitza. She is also on the International Team. She is excellent, excellent, excellent. Yelitza assisted me with accommodations , meals etc. She is such a kind and warm person. Lastly, special thanks to Victor ( our driver) and Diana ( our room attendant). They were AMAZING. If you live in the USA, Canada, the Caribbean or anywhere in the World. Go to Health City. The hospital is top notch and advanced. Having surgery can be a scary process, since you are placing your life in someone else's hands. Health City took away that scary feeling. My mother had a very poor and medically dangerous experience at this hospital.

My mother was told that she needed a Brain MRI, which was done. Afterwards, based on their findings, they recommended a brain angiogram. (This is an invasive and somewhat dangerous / risky procedure). My mother was awake for the procedure and was in extreme discomfort, from where they accessed an artery in her upper thigh. She said it was very painful, however she accommodated the staff and laid still as possible.

A few days later, the Neurologist Dr. Romnesh received the results, and offered ZERO solutions or follow-up care, for serious findings that they discovered. When she called the hospital to speak with Dr. Romnesh, the receptionist said that new approval through CINICO would have to be done before she could even SPEAK to Dr. Romnesh.

Till this day, Dr. Romnesh has not called, or followed up with my mother, to offer her ANY treatments or solutions. She has been left to fend for herself, and had to seek treatment at other facilities. The hospital was quick to request these risky, expensive tests on my mother, but completely left her hanging with NO TREATMENT. -Medically, this is very irresponsible and highly unethical.

The hospital received over $45,000. from CINICO for these tests. She would not recommend this hospital to ANYONE. They are only interested in your $$$, not your health...

Outstanding Care at Health City ER During Our Vacation! We had a very stressful situation during our vacation in the Cayman Islands when our son developed severe tooth pain. He couldn’t sleep, and over-the-counter painkillers like Tylenol and Advil weren't helping. With it being a Sunday, we couldn’t get in touch with our dentist or insurance, and we were at a loss of what to do. Thankfully, I reached out to a local Cayman Islands social media group for advice, and they quickly directed me to Health City ER Hospital. From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by the hospital’s cleanliness, calm environment, and the kindness of the staff. Dr. Naveen and RN Neenu were absolutely incredible. They treated our son with such care, patience, and professionalism, and they took the time to explain everything to us. The level of care we received truly exceeded our expectations, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for the exceptional treatment and service we received and are relieved that our son was well taken care of. We were able to continue our vacation and enjoy the beauty of the Cayman Islands, which was a huge blessing.
