🔥🔥🔥🔥 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beijing Somerset Daxing hotel and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The decor was modern and stylish, and the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom was also very clean.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay. It’s the 12th time booking into this hotel and I keep coming back because the location is convenient for me and front desk staff is good .I also love the amenities.The major problem I have however is cleanliness.Cleanliness is very poor .I realized that the cleaners don’t bother cleaning well during your stay .Yesterday I left for a meeting and came back to a dirty room.The dishes were not done ,the bathroom was not cleaned ,things were just the way I left them except for the bed .The pot and plates I found in the cupboard were not well washed from the last time the last guest used them .It’s like they just rinse with water and put into the cupboards for the next guest .The woman responsible for cleaning the 9th floor need to improve because this is not the...

The first thing that impresses me about the hotel is the efficient and friendly front desk staff. Hotel room amenities are wonderful, full kitchen and laundry all included. Even the washing powder is provided. We are offered free breakfast as I made a mistake of not picking the with-breakfast option. Breakfast is very good, restaurant is large and clean. Food spread is satisfying. The hotel may be rather far from the city but it is very easy to get to city centre by Didi (taxi). It cost about RMB 60 and 30 minutes per trip. It’s also easy to travel by subway+didi and much cheaper RMB 18 and the trip is about 45 minutes from Raffles...
