四川旅遊造訪的少數民族景區，中國56個少數民族的「古羌族」，因多聚居在高山或半山地帶，有「雲朵上的民族」之稱。

所造訪的阿壩州古羌城，正是以石頭堆砌而成的山城，相當的古樸有特色，且當地居民還保留傳統文化，不論是穿著服飾、或生活型態，都有濃濃的古羌族色彩。

印象深刻的是銀飾和服飾織造羌繡，還有小小的羌笛卻能吹奏出悅揚高亢的動人樂曲，相當厲害。
