三王來朝小堂原建於1879年,重建於1956年,當時小堂除了用於傳教外亦用於辦學,校舍名為公民學校。後來由於人口外移,村民減少,小堂逐漸荒廢,最近到訪,建築物已破敗不堪,只見四壁佈滿藤蔓,流露幾許滄桑之感。 據聞有關教區已向環境保護署轄下的鄉郊保育資助計劃申請撥款,獲資助200萬元,並以一年時間研究將已荒廢的三王來朝小堂復修。
