One year ago, I wrote below comment about this ParknShop:
This Parknshop really needs renovation. Food are not fresh, staffs are not very nice, merchandise display are not in good order although they are carrying quite a lot of different categories, most of the goods are stack up along the walkways. Trolleys looks old and not working well.
Today, I am so disappointed that their food is even worst then before.
Elucidating the incident in detail, I had done shopping of a box of clear chicken soup and baby cabbage on 2 Aug, 7:44pm. I had confirmed the baby cabbage was well packaged and look okay from the packaging. However, when I arrived home and opened the food packet to consume it , I found it spoiled. It was rotten and stinking badly which causes nausea to me. I was highly disappointed because this is not the first time problem from the quality of the product from this store. And this actually happening at other food categories. I have experienced a pot of spoiled peaches, a box of tofu, a can of dried mandarin peels, etc. And there has so many flies flying out from fruit basket while I tried to pick an avocado on the other day. I really need to understand that what actions would be taken from PanknShop to improve thier hygiene and...
Read morePark & Shop has done an amazing job to redesign the supermarket to a two floor high quality outlet with lots of fresh products either local or imported. Fantastic job done. Bravo. On the downside and the reason why I rate 2 stars only is because the redesigned car park outside the supermarket is a real chaotic experience. From the past where ample of parking bays were available they turned the area without any real destinate parking space, whereby extra security staff are trying their best to assist, as a result the cars are double parked and hence when you exit the supermarket, you are blocked to go out because of a second line of cars parked parallel to you. So my question is, why to change a perfectly good parking arrangement to such disaster? In my opinion this situation will have eventually an adverse effect on shoppers out of Hong Lok Yuen and outsiders to go elsewhere....
Read morePark'n shop at Hong Lok Yuen is under renovation for just way too long, there are household cleaning stuffs, can food which are all very heavy, customers have to carry down by themselves, I asked for help once cause they were indeed heavy but the staff told me I ought to carry them by myself, suppose I am an old person and fell down while walking downstairs, I wonder why Park'n shop did not simply close down during renovation period of time and try to reopen sooner instead of running a supermarket where you could not find most of the things I...
