막고굴 디지털 센터 겸 티켓 오피스. 일일 관람인원제한으로 모두 볼수 있는 티켓과 몇개만 보는 티켓으로 나뉘는데 외국인은 예외라 트립닷컴이나 티켓오피스에가서 직접구매하면 된다. 1전시관으로 입장하면 영상두개를 보는데 한국어 오디오 수신기가 제공되니 아무 직원에게 부탁하면 가져다준다. 관람이 끝나면 막고굴로 가는 셔틀을 타고 막고굴로 약 10분정도 이동하면 도착한다. 오른쪽 자리추천. 막고굴에 도착하면 다리를 건너 쭉 직진하면 중국인들 입장줄이 보이는데 그곳에 줄서지말고 입장하는곳 까지 직진하다보면 외국인 가이드 대기소가 나오는데 거기서 기다리면 된다.
